We have a great opportunity for a real estate expert to join Millbrook Realty Ltd, which is owned by Millbrook Country Club Ltd, the owner and operator of Millbrook Resort.

Overview

Set on 650 acres of lush green fairways, rolling hills and gentle streams, Millbrook Resort is an internationally acclaimed, luxury lifestyle resort.

A rare opportunity has arisen within Millbrook Realty Ltd, we are seeking an exceptional salesperson to join our successful team that is dedicated to delivering professional services to our vendors.

The Role

We have a fantastic range of luxury facilities for our owners at Millbrook Resort, including luxury accommodation, health & fitness centre, restaurants and day spa. Owning property at Millbrook Resort is an aspirational purchase and sales activity continues to grow as the resort develops. An expanding pool of potential re-sale stock and a pipeline of new developments, provide plenty of scope to reward the ambitious salesperson we are seeking. The key objectives in this commission-based role, are to sell Millbrook's own property developments and Country Club memberships alongside the sale of real estate on behalf of private owners within Millbrook Resort.

We are a collaborative team, delivering high-end bespoke services, which requires strong communication and administration skills with a professional, polished approach.

Success Profile

  • Minimum of two years real estate experience and must be licensed under the REAA 2008
  • Computer literate and highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe
  • Outstanding communication skills, coupled with a "can do" attitude
  • High level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as well as, working collaboratively within a small team
  • Proven experience and expertise in building strong, lasting client relationships, and negotiating successful outcomes
  • Abililty to network within a diverse membership group
  • Generating new business leads and fostering sales opportunities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and problem solve whilst under pressure
  • Good local knowledge would be preferred
