Manfeild Park Trust is on the hunt for a new Chief Executive - do you have what it takes?

The successful applicant will have a passion for Manfeild and a proven ability to unlock the commercial potential of the facility as well as understanding the important role it plays in the Manawatu community.

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

• Solid track record of multi-disciplined facilities management and event promotions
• Strong business acumen with the ability to bring a fresh perspective to the Park's commercial opportunities
• Strategic thinking and planning experience with the ability to balance commercial success with the Park's community role
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
• A transparent and open communication style with a collaborative leadership approach.
