Your new role:

As part of our manufacturing team, you will be provided with in depth on the job training, learning how to successfully make the rotational moulded components that are key to our end product - plastic tanks. You will have the opportunity to learn how to operate the moulding machines, including loading the machines with powder materials and assembling of accessories and anchors. We are also keen to train our new team members on the fabrication side of the tank manufacture, this is where you can learn to fabricate, assemble and weld together detention tanks.

While some experience in a factory environment would be great, we will teach you all you need to know including how to use the large number of power and hand tools used in the manufacturing process. This role is physically demanding therefore we are looking for people who are comfortable being on their feet for long periods of time and can lift up to 25kg.

What will you bring to this role:

• Strong communication skills
• Good basic literacy and numeracy - so you can measure accurately and learn to read technical drawings
• Solid work ethic, initiative and willingness to learn!
• Reliability - being at work and on time is key!
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Keen to learn how to drive a fork hoist and obtain a fork hoist licence
