Caldwell and Levesque Limited, based in Auckland is a member of the Horizon Energy Group offering professional electrical and communications services to the Auckland regional market (both public and private sectors). The business has been continuously and successfully trading since 1984 and currently employs in excess of 125 staff. Delivery of high quality workmanship and service is core to the value proposition of the business.

Caldwell and Levesque Limited is recruiting for a Contract and Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Penrose, Auckland. This position is permanent full-time, 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary of $70,000.00 - $75,000.00, in line with the experience you bring to the role.

Reporting to the Senior Contract and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible to:

  • Provide an effective and efficient administration service to all internal and external customers with empathy and professionalism
  • Review timesheets with managers and enter these into the system, maintain office records and general administrative support for the General Manager and business
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in all people related systems
  • Provide support to ensure that projects are progressed to satisfactory completion within guidelines and constraints of contract specifications, industry standards and quality. To achieve this, this role will need to will need to understand the client or main contractor requirements in conjunction with appropriate Codes, Standards,Technical Solutions, employment agreements and staffing requirements/guidelines
  • Positively contribute to the successful operation of the business by championing ideas and initiatives
  • This role will need to build excellent business relationships and rapport with staff, clients and all internal and external stakeholders to support the business meet and exceed our client expectations.

To be successful, a candidate must have the following qualifications, experience and skills:

  • At least 3-5 years administration experience demonstrating sound knowledge of business, financial and administration requirements in a commercial environment
  • MS suite of products (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher)
  • Previous experience with Pronto and REDMAPS systems
  • Proven ability in accurate and quality output of work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship building skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to deliver quality results within defined deadlines
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from team members in providing quality data within required timeframes
  • Customer focused
  • Analytical / reporting skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to multiple deadlines
  • Accurate record keeping and ability to report on projects in accordance with established Company protocols and policies
  • Self-motivated, self-organising, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
  • Team Player
