Keith Andrews Group - Business Analyst Role

Keith Andrews Trucks has grown from humble beginnings in Whangarei 32 years ago, to one of the largest most professional and highly respected truck importers and dealers in New Zealand. We distribute nationally and retail Fuso trucks. In the North Island we also retail Mercedes Benz, Freightliner trucks and Mercedes Benz Light Commercial vehicles. Our branches are in Whangarei, Manukau, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Napier and Wellington. We are also the New Zealand distributor of Fuso parts and retail Mercedes Benz Heavy, Freightliner and Alliance parts in the North Island.

An opportunity has arisen for a high performing Business Analyst to join our team at this important and exciting time in our evolution.

You will be responsible for providing proactive and objective high-quality information, analysis and interpretation on financial and business performance issues, and identifying opportunities to help the decision-making processes of our leadership team for the Group.

Duties will include:

• Review and report on monthly management reports for Group operations and highlighting areas for improvement.
• Assist with the Annual Budget process, specifically working with the Sales functions to develop customer sales budgets for key customers and Aftersales function productivity and efficiency.
• Assist with forecasting P&L, Balance Sheets, Funds flows and Cash flows completed regularly.
• Provide insights into key performance indicators (KPI's) and benchmarks by Department and recommend improvements including exception reporting.
• Monitor and report on vehicle stock to maximize utilization of vehicle stock levels.
• Analize Revenue and Gross Profit to identify trends and areas for improvement across Vehicles, Parts and Service functions.

You will be professionally qualified, with strong in-depth practical experience in business analysis and have proven experience influencing others. We are seeking applications from high achievers with energy and passion.
