As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving the strategic and operational objectives of the organisation
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of BCITO operations within a geographically dispersed team
  • Providing your team with leadership, coaching and management
  • Building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
  • Encouraging and supporting commitment to Te Ao Māori
  • Managing a regional financial budget.
