About the Role: As our Quality Compliance Officer, you'll work closely with our Veterinarian and Operations Manager, driving the implementation and monitoring of quality control processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting audits, inspections, and reporting on quality metrics
- Drafting and refining quality control procedures for our poultry breeding operations
- Performing biosecurity and animal welfare audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
- Coordinating sample retrieval, processing, and dispatch
- Liaising with internal teams and external regulatory bodies
