  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve our quality assurance processes.
  • Lead a team of QA Specialists, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
  • Plan and lead quality assurance functions including quality reviews, moderation analysis and, consistency events.
  • Analyse data, identify trends, and drive improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure our training, standards, process, and continuous improvement are not just a tick in the box.
  • Drive a culture of quality across every part of our organisation.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Proven experience in quality management within an educational/training environment.
  • Strong knowledge of NZQA and WDC qualification and quality environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong report writing.
  • A knack for problem-solving and a love for turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership abilities.
  • A proactive approach to implementing quality improvements.
