Telesales / Customer Service Person

We're on the lookout for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Customer Experience Agent at Alsco, the global service leader and market pioneer in New Zealand!

As a Sales Customer Experience Agent, you'll play a key role in nurturing and growing our existing customer relationships. You'll be working with and engaging with customers who already know and trust our services. Your focus will be on identifying new needs within their businesses, upselling relevant solutions, and expanding their accounts, all while maintaining top-tier service.

This role allows you to build on existing connections, reconnect with valued customers, and proactively uncover opportunities to offer personalized solutions over the phone or via email. If you thrive on fostering meaningful relationships and turning interest into long-term partnerships, we'd love to have you on board!
