Horizon Services Limited trading as Horizon Networks is recruiting for a Streetlight Supervisor.
Reporting to the Field Services Manager - OPEX, you will be responsible for:
- Work in close collaboration with the Contracts Manager to ensure delivery requirements are met and exceeded for streetlight contracts.
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of the Streetlight works for customers within guidelines and constraints of contract specifications, in a timely, safe and cost-effective manner.
- Supervise and coordinate the Streetlights team. Where required support in a "hands on" manner and provide problem solving and training to the team members as required
- To build strong long-term relationships with our customers
To be successful a candidate will require the following qualifications and experience:
- Demonstrated relevant experience in associated activities.
- Supervision and staff leadership experience including the ability to train others.
- Good communication skills written/computer and verbal.
- Good understanding of Streetlight / Networks/ systems, technical skills and street lighting product knowledge.
- Knowledge of all appropriate industry rules and regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety requirements in the electricity industry.
- Ability to install, operate, repair and maintain all field-based equipment used on the network.
- Strong computer, data capture and record keeping skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing resources with strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
- Must be comfortable working at heights.
- Operational experience in the street light routine asset maintenance and construction of new street lighting infrastructure.
