Are You a Skilled Maintenance Engineer Who's Ready to Break Free from the Ordinary?

If you're tired of staring at the same four walls or babysitting a single machine, this is the job for you. At Logan Potts & Associates, every day is different. You'll be out in the field, troubleshooting and repairing a wide variety of machinery for industries that rely on your expertise to keep moving.

We're not looking for someone who punches a clock and does the bare minimum. We need a self-starter with a strong work ethic, top-notch mechanical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Here's what we're looking for..

• Strong mechanical ability (trade certified).
• Machining skills (lathe and mill experience).
• The ability to think fast and diagnose problems on the spot.
• Time management so you can juggle the chaos without supervision.
• The skills to build great client relationships while getting the job done.

If you can weld, run a waterjet cutter, or know your way around CAD, that's a huge bonus.

This job isn't for everyone. It's for the kind of person who thrives under pressure, loves variety, and is willing to step up and work overtime when needed. You'll need to be physically fit, legally able to work in NZ, and have a full set of tools. A manual driver's license is non-negotiable.
