Support Assistant - Waters

An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Support Assistant within the Waters Projects & Administration Team at the Whangārei District Council. Excellent administration skills combined with a sound and proven knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is an essential requirement for this position. Our busy team has a strong focus on first class customer service and a commitment to do whatever it takes to provide outstanding support to the Waters Group.
Key duties will include:
- Providing technical administrative support to the Waters Group
- Ongoing assistance with the development of administrative systems
- Water ISO Quality Systems Management
In addition, the candidate should have a desire to work in accordance with and embrace Whangārei District Council's organisational tikanga and commit to building effective, sustainable working relationships that benefit our organisation and the community we serve.
