We are currently looking for an experienced contract / project manager to join our drainage construction team which undertake a wide range of 3 Waters projects for our clients throughout Southland.

In this pivotal role, you'll:

• Work in a team of professionals, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring projects run smoothly.
• Develop construction methodologies, execute works, and track costs to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain a safe and tidy worksite and ensure adherence to environmental and quality standards.
• To succeed in this role, you will be a people-person with a "roll-your-sleeves-up-and-get-it-done" attitude to your work. You will be approachable, have excellent time management skills and be well-presented in all aspects.

We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years in Contract / Project Management, ideally with a focus on Civil / Drainage Contracting.
• Ability to track costs, complete claims, and deliver accurate project and performance reports.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• A tertiary engineering qualification is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
