Your Role: Service Administrator
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Service Administrator. In this role, you will be a pivotal member of the Service Department, ensuring the utmost efficiency and safety in our operations. You will be reporting directly to the Service Manager.

Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customer service requests.
- Produce and maintain various reports and registers.
- Data entry, customer service updates, purchase orders.
- Minute taker and attendance of weekly department meetings.
- Assist with onboarding of new staff on site.
- Assist with departmental investigations and reporting.
- Organise and manage regular on-site nurse and physiotherapist visits along with other wellbeing initiatives.
- Coordinate customer service requests within the delivery team.
Skills and Experience:
- Customer Service Experience. Experience in the service delivery industry would be an advantage.
- Microsoft Suite App (excel, outlook, teams etc.)
- Highly Detail Orientated.
- Ability to write and deliver reports and presentations.
