We have an opportunity for an energetic, passionate salesperson and key holder to join our Pascoes New Plymouth branch. We work with our teams, guiding them towards success and we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service.

Hours:

• Sun 9.30-4.00
• Mon 8.30-5.30
• Tue 8.30-5.30
• Wed 8.30-5.30
• Thu 12.00-8.00

The right candidate will have the opportunity to learn useful sales and leadership skills that will help fast track their management career.

The Role:

• Assist to grow our business
• Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store target
• Develop your leadership by assisting the store manager to run the business
• Coach and role model our values
• Multi-tasking superstar who can get admin done while still putting customers first.

We are part of a large retail chain that provides a fabulous supportive pathway to a management career. We provide full training in sales, product knowledge and leadership skills and tasks including training in Wellington CBD for two days. You will have the ability to earn monthly commission on top of your wages, as well as benefiting from group wide staff discount.
