What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day activities of our customer service and sales support team. From overseeing order processing to ensuring seamless communication with our warehouse team, you'll be the glue that holds everything together.
You'll take a hands-on approach to the role, processing orders, responding to queries, and maintaining accurate customer records. At the same time, you'll mentor and motivate your team, ensuring they deliver outstanding service to our retail partners. By fostering a culture of collaboration and professionalism, you'll help your team thrive while upholding our high standards.
Your responsibilities will also include performance management, conducting reviews, and setting goals that drive team and individual success. You'll work closely with the General Manager to implement processes and policies that improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
What You'll Bring
- At least 2 years of experience managing or supervising a customer service or sales support team.
- A proven ability to lead by example, with a willingness to perform hands-on tasks alongside your team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to adapt your communication style to connect with different personalities.
- Confidence in resolving challenges, managing performance, and creating a positive team culture.
