In this role, you'll take the lead in upgrading our legacy Microsoft Access ERP frontend to a modern, modular VB.NET-based interface integrated with our robust MS SQL Server backend. Your work will be instrumental in streamlining workflows, enhancing data integrity and ensuring scalability as we continue to grow.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams - Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing - to shape processes that align with our commitment to efficiency and innovation. With the full support of senior management and access to our in-house expertise, you'll have the chance to shape the future of our business systems.

What you'll do:

• Redevelop our Microsoft Access UI into a cutting-edge VB.NET interface.
• Design database structures that enhance functionality and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, identify gaps, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide training and support, ensuring a smooth transition for our team.
• Develop innovative solutions that integrate seamlessly with our MS SQL backend, paving the way for future growth.
