James Pascoe Limited are seeking a motivated, successful leader to run Pascoes Taupo.

Pascoes is a family-owned company with a long and proud history in the jewellery sector. Established in 1906, Pascoes the Jewellers has gradually expanded from one store in Auckland to 40 stores nationwide. Together with over a hundred years of jewellery experience and dedicated excellence to customer service, Pascoes continues to be the leading name in jewellery in New Zealand.

As the Manager your role will be a crucial part of the store's success. Your proven people management skills and leadership experience will deliver customer service excellence, drive sales, coach the team whilst meeting the high operational standards and financial targets.

You'll have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store and actively promote the store through in store merchandising and promotion implementation. You will drive a culture that celebrates our success, our customers, and our people.

To succeed in this role, you need to possess the following:

• Proven experience in leading and growing a business
• An exceptional seller with extensive sales leadership experience and a genuine love of customers
• Seeking to achieve store sales budgets and KPIs
• Energetic, positive and enthusiastic
• Be professionally presented, well-spoken and engaging
• Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store

Applicants must be available to work weekends, late night or public holidays if the business requires it.
