Your Role: Service Delivery Manager

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Service Delivery Manager. In this role, you will be a pivotal member of the Service Department, ensuring the utmost efficiency and safety in our operations. You will lead a team of Service Delivery People, manage an existing customer base through superior engagement and develop sales with both existing and new customers. This position reports directly to the Service Manager.

Hours: 7:00am - 15:30, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the training and development of a team in conjunction with a training needs analysis.
  • Manage the Fleet of vehicles assigned to your team.
  • Promote and manage Health and Safety compliance.
  • Uncompromising team management of DIFOT, minimising customer complaints in accordance with KPI's.
  • Business growth through engagement and proactive account management.

Skills and Experience:

  • Customer account management.
  • Ability to set, manage and achieve team performance and sales targets.
  • Highly detail-orientated.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to positively influence change.
