About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a friendly and proactive Administrator to join our team and provide maternity cover for approximately seven months, starting in late February 2025. You'll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring excellent service for our customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinating our team's response to service requests
- Keeping customer portals updated
- Communicating with customers and maintaining strong relationships
- Ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Assisting with invoicing
- Processing timesheets
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a service-focused office environment
- Ideally, knowledge of electrical, building services, or a related industry
- A reliable, trustworthy, and clear communicator
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to change
- NZ residency or a valid permit to work
