About Us:

McAra Air Conditioning is part of the Aquaheat Facility Services business and is a premier provider of facility maintenance services. Being 100% New Zealand owned and operated for over 40 years we deliver a comprehensive range of HVACR services to a variety of local government, commercial, industrial and infrastructure customers throughout the Waikato region.

Based in our Hamilton office, we are looking for a HVAC Service Supervisor to lead our HVACR technicians as part of the local leadership team.

This is a great opportunity for someone possessing leadership and relationship skills underpinned with strong technical experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will be well-organised, have a genuine belief in providing excellent customer service through leadership of the team and a highly motivated with a "can do" attitude.

• Quantifiable leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and service delivery skills
• Customer focussed relationship skills
• Scheduling and quoting experience
• Have NZ recognised HVAC certification and qualifications
• Preferably EST registration
• NZ residency and/or valid NZ permit to work
• Current NZ Class 1 (car) driver's license
• Well organised and capable of multi-tasking
• Be well presented and have a high degree of self-motivation
• A passion for championing a safe work environment
• Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
