Your new role? This is a hands-on role, so get ready to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. You'll be the backbone of the Branch, ensuring that customers' and staff's needs are met. You'll ensure our clients and NZ Transport Agency are happy with our service. Imagine a team where everyone's motivated and achieving their best - that's what you'll help create by providing training and support. Plus, you'll be right there with the team, keeping the testing lanes running smoothly. Safety and quality are top priorities, and you'll play a key role in upholding VINZ's reputation as New Zealand's top vehicle testing provider.

You will:

• Experience in managing a Used Light Entry site / sites (or have supervisory experience)
• Ideally hold a ULE NZTA authority, or have the ability obtain one

• Have experience in a supervisory role, maybe you have been a Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Branch Manager before
• Have well-rounded technical skill and experience
• Bring excellent interpersonal skills to inform and coach customers and staff with differing levels of mechanical knowledge
• Be a proactive, approachable team member with ability to step up and lead when required
• Bring your passion for advocating for vehicle and road safety and the inspection industry as a whole
