About the Role

As part of our Accounts Payable team, you'll support the smooth running of financial operations, including:

• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Handling supplier queries professionally and efficiently
• Processing payments and maintaining supplier accounts
• Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Supporting process improvements for greater efficiency

About You

You're looking for a place to grow and want to build your expertise in finance and administration. You bring:

• A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in finance/admin roles (preferred but not essential)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
