About the Role
In this key position, you'll be at the forefront of managing and enhancing Kaipara's roading infrastructure. You'll take charge of a newly formed team, uniting and empowering them to achieve their full potential. As the go-to expert on all roading matters, you'll lead strategic planning, oversee contract management, and ensure seamless project delivery aligned with our operational goals. Your role will involve fostering collaboration with key stakeholders to innovate and improve our roading network. Additionally, you'll manage budgets and resources with precision, driving both strategic and hands-on initiatives to enhance the safety and efficiency of our road network.
This is a full-time position based in Mangawhai or Dargaville, with flexible work-from-home options to support work-life balance.
About You
We're seeking a seasoned professional with:
- Extensive experience in roading engineering and contract management.
