About the Role
As a People & Capability Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the entire employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to learning and development. You'll be the go-to person for coordinating processes, maintaining records, and providing essential support to the wider team.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Supporting recruitment and exit processes by coordinating interviews, drafting employment agreements, and managing employee records.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding by liaising with internal teams, creating employee profiles, and scheduling induction sessions.
- Assisting with learning and development activities, including coordinating external training requests.
- Maintaining accurate records across key systems, support annual processes, and assist with reporting tasks.
This permanent, part-time role offers 20 hours per week, ideally spread throughout the week. Perfect for those seeking flexibility, such as school hours, or a better work-life balance.
About You
We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented team player who has experience with:
- Coordinating tasks in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Using Microsoft Office confidently and quickly mastering new systems.
- Taking initiative to enhance processes and drive efficiency.
- Handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ideally, has a background in recruitment, selection, or HR administration, with experience working with HRIS. However, if meet the other criteria we are still keen to hear from you!
