About the role:
Our Customer Services team are the hub of the organisation, so your ability to keep your finger on the pulse and provide leadership and mentoring to a capable team is a must. You need to be an experienced team leader, a people person and a natural communicator. Your role is to work with and lead a team in delivering high quality customer service across our various channels including the Call Centre, in-person interactions and online support. Your ability to lead through change and model positive energy is essential every day in this demanding but rewarding role.
