Role Requirements / Person Specification
- Full driver's licence
- Clean Police Vetting
- Openness to understanding and valuing Te Ao Māori
- A commitment to biculturalism and the promise of equity laid down by Te Tiriti
- An ability to offer consistent kindness
- Trauma capable skills and understanding (training can be provided)
- Consistent attention to safety and wellbeing.
- Able to form strong, positive, trusting relationships with tamariki and whānau ·
- Self-regulation and co-regulation skills

The position is part-time (during school hours) and is based in Rotorua. This is a temporary role until June 2025, but could become permanent. When applying you will be asked to address the key competencies of the role and provide a covering letter along with your CV.
