• Full driver's licence
• Clean Police Vetting
• Openness to understanding and valuing Te Ao Māori
• A commitment to biculturalism and the promise of equity laid down by Te Tiriti
• An ability to offer consistent kindness
• Trauma capable skills and understanding (training can be provided)
• Consistent attention to safety and wellbeing.
• Able to form strong, positive, trusting relationships with tamariki and whānau ·
• Self-regulation and co-regulation skills
