Retail Sales Assistant - Part-time

Joining our Albany store, you will work collaboratively with the team to provide top service to our customers and achieve all sale KPIs. If you have experience in the jewellery industry then that's a plus, but if not, don't worry, we will train you in product knowledge and give you the additional skills to be successful in your role.
This role is for a part-time sales assistant - 25 hours a week, Monday, Thursday & Saturday. Must be flexible and able to work late nights and weekends when needed. Immediate start available.
The role:
- Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture
- Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store target
- Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing "can-do" attitude
- Support your team
- Focus on attention to detail, diligence and maximising efficiency and time
- Understand and execute back of house paperwork and procedures
About you:
- Sales experience required you must be a real sales "superstar"
- You will be confident and enthusiastic - a "people" person
- You will be professionally presented and well-spoken
- Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and enquiries
- Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store
- Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising, displays and other activities
