Are you our next Technical Writer that will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of service and work codes?

This position can be located anywhere in New Zealand where one of our Keith Andrews Dealership are located from Whangarei to Invercargill & everywhere in between.

To achieve your goal as a Technical Writer some task will involve:-

• Create customer specific job codes per requirements for Keith Andrews Customers
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the service process and create job codes in improve process
• Create job codes for manufacture recalls & frequent warranty repairs
• Keep up to date with servicing requirements, recalls, warranty, dealer standards & industry benchmarks
• Attend training when required for new product launches & technical updates

To join our elite team & be a successful candidate you will need to:

• Represent the company in a professional manner with exceptional communication to our internal & external customers
• Understand all aspects of a service department across all branches, to develop products to assist Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts Advisors, Service Administrator & Warranty Administrators
• High Mechanical Knowledge to enable issues to be discussed and dealt with
• Drivers License - HT up to Class 5 ideally
