Are you an experienced BDM ready to sink your teeth into a new challenge?

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our market presence within the South Island. Your mission? Increase our "share of wallet" by bringing in new business as well as nurturing existing relationships and spearheading strategic business opportunities.

Your day-to-day will include executing account management and new business development plans. Utilise our company CRM to engage proactively in the market, and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries. Be prepared for regular out-of-town travel to maximize your impact across the South Island.

To thrive in this exciting role, you'll bring more than just qualifications - you're a collaborator who brings at least three years of sales experience, ideally with a background within the construction / trades industry. Your knack for building connections through strong communication and relationship-building skills will be pivotal.
