Join Our Tight-Knit Team as an Administrator - Building Consents

Are you an organised, personable professional looking for a rewarding challenge? We're seeking an experienced Administrator - Building Consents to join our team for a 12-month maternity leave cover, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, open-plan office environment and is confident in their ability to communicate effectively, both over the phone and via email. You'll be part of a supportive team that values precision, efficiency, and client-focused service.

What You'll Do:

As an Administrator - Building Consents, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our building consent applications are accurate, timely, and compliant with council and company standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • You will vet, upload, and track building consent applications to ensure they meet all requirements and deadlines.

  • Use online tools to manage data and ensure accuracy across all applications.

What We're Looking For:

  • A detail-oriented individual who can listen, take direction, and follow instructions.
  • A confident communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone or craft clear, professional emails.
  • A personable, people-oriented team player who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Someone tech-savvy and comfortable working with online systems.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible Work Options: Once trained, you'll have the option to work from home two days a week.
  • Performance Bonuses: Participate in quarterly bonus schemes tied to team revenue targets.
  • Professional Development: Learn and grow in an open office setting, surrounded by experienced colleagues.
  • Supportive Environment: Work in a team that values collaboration and celebrates success.

This is more than just an administrative role—it's a chance to be part of a company that makes a real impact in the building and construction industry. If you're ready to take on a role where your organisational skills and interpersonal abilities can shine, we'd love to hear from you!
