This is your opportunity to join this great organisation. We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join the Business Services team situated in a vibrant new building in the Invercargill CBD.
In this vital role you will provide a professional first point of contact for the HW Richardson Group as well as carrying out a broad range of administration support.
Your bright personality and friendly manner will ensure our callers and visitors feel welcome and attended to. With your ability to juggle tasks and effectively manage your time, you will ensure the smooth running of a busy office, cover a broad range of administration tasks including company road users, maintaining company material and databases, along with assisting our Transport Health and Safety Manager and wider Executive Services team.
Keeping cool under pressure is second nature as is the ability to think on your feet and problem solve any issues you may encounter. Your collaborative nature means you love working as part of a team and you're always willing to pitch in and help to get the job done but are just as comfortable working on your own.
You communicate effectively with people of all levels, have a positive attitude and a great sense of humour. You'll also bring excellent Microsoft office skills, particularly in Excel and data entry skills.
