People and Culture Administrator

Our People and Culture team are seeking an enthusiastic People and Culture Administrator who is eager to start their journey in the HR space, or may already have some experience in this field, this position is 30 hours per week, generally worked between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing administration support across a wide range of People and Culture functions
- Recruitment Support - monitoring recruitment, advertising campaigns and scheduling interviews
- Prepare employment offer documentation and variations for new and existing employees
- Completing purchase orders and associated administration within Tech One
- Provide support for Training and Development by organising training, in-house facilitators and corporate inductions
What you will bring:
- New Zealand Certificate in Business (Administration and Technology) (Level 4) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated administration experience
- An outstanding work ethic and commitment to confidentiality and discretion
- An enthusiastic proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Well-developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Office, Excel and PowerPoint
