Full-Time Monday to Friday, plus rostered Saturday mornings

The opportunity

A vacancy has become available for a full-time Customer Service Officer to support Jason our Manager and his friendly Inspection Team at the Dunedin Vehicle Testing Station.

The role

The successful applicant will deliver quality customer service, perform general administrative and accounting functions, and be VINZ's front of the house!

To be successful

You will have 3+ years of administrative and some general accounts experience, customer serviceability, sound computing skills and an eagle eye for detail! And if you've had experience in using the NZTA MVR system, or experience in a data entry role, then we'd love to hear from you!

Industry knowledge would be good but not essential as training will be given. What is important is a customer-first approach, exceptional communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively and flexibly.
