Are you passionate about property and love getting the details right? We're looking for a motivated LIM & Property Information Officer to join our team and help deliver trusted, high-quality services to our community.

About the role:

In this key role, you will be responsible for preparing complete and accurate Land Information Memorandums (LIMs) across a variety of property types, ensuring they are delivered to customers within statutory timeframes. You'll liaise with internal teams to gather and verify the information required for LIMs and support the maintenance of the Council's internal Proper Properties register, including managing the movement of data to new valuation numbers.

You'll also play a vital part in administering Council property information databases - helping create and update property records, reserves, and address management data. As one of the go-to person for property records and quality assurance, you will provide expert advice and support to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our property files and information systems.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, along with excellent organisational and communication skills.

You will take a proactive approach to problem-solving and be committed to finding opportunities for process improvement.

Ideally, you will have experience working with property data, land information systems, or preparing LIMs, and a sound knowledge of relevant legislation and local government processes would be an advantage.

Strong digital literacy skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite, are essential.
