Horizon Services Limited trading as Horizon Networks is recruiting for a Supervisor.
Reporting to the Field Services Manager - OPEX, you will be responsible for:
- Supervise and coordinate CAPEX delivery works for Horizon Networks.
- Collaboratively work with the Works Assessor to assist with scoping of works for delivery.
- Collaboratively work with the Delivery Programmer to ensure all works, equipment and fleet are scheduled effectively.
- To build strong long-term relationships with our customers ensuring they see Horizon Networks as a preferred supplier with excellent customer service and technical support.
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of Lines and Technical / capital works for customers within guidelines and constraints of contract specifications, safety, quality and budget.
To be successful a candidate will require the following qualifications and experience:
- 2 to 5 years in associated activities.
- Supervision experience including the ability to train others.
- Knowledge of generation and distribution equipment (low and high voltage).
- Good understanding of network operating systems.
- Knowledge of all appropriate industry rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of maintenance requirements for Network assets
- Knowledge of Tree Regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety requirements in the electricity industry.
- Ability to install, operate, repair and maintain all field-based equipment used on the network.
- Staff leadership experience.
- Contract management experience in a service delivery role.
- Strong computer, data capture and record keeping skills
- Must be a self-starter demonstrating an energetic and conscientious attitude.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Coaching experience.
