About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a team of HVAC and electrical technicians in providing maintenance, compliance, reactive and refurbishment activities across a key customer's portfolio in Central Auckland.
A key responsibility will include account management with the customer's representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone possessing relevant technical, leadership, relationship, business management skills coupled with experience in leading a team, a focus on championing excellent customer service and is highly motivated with a "can do" attitude.
The person we seek will have the following skills and experience:
- Have a background in HVAC planned, reactive and small projects delivery
- Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment in a commercial installation
- Exceptional experience in HVAC team leadership & management
- An excellent track record with customer account management, communication and relationship skills
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Relevant qualifications in the HVAC industry
- A strong HSEQ passion
- NZ residency and/or valid NZ permit to work
- Current NZ Class 1 (car) driver's license
