Aquaheat Facility Services is a premier provider of facility maintenance services being 100% New Zealand owned and operated with over 70 years of history providing a comprehensive range of facility maintenance services to a selected range of government, commercial, industrial and infrastructure customers throughout New Zealand.

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a team of HVAC and electrical technicians in providing maintenance, compliance, reactive and refurbishment activities across a key customer's portfolio in Central Auckland.

A key responsibility will include account management with the customer's representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone possessing relevant technical, leadership, relationship, business management skills coupled with experience in leading a team, a focus on championing excellent customer service and is highly motivated with a "can do" attitude.

• Have a background in HVAC planned, reactive and small projects delivery
• Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment in a commercial installation
• Exceptional experience in HVAC team leadership & management
• An excellent track record with customer account management, communication and relationship skills
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Relevant qualifications in the HVAC industry
• A strong HSEQ passion
• NZ residency and/or valid NZ permit to work
• Current NZ Class 1 (car) driver's license
