Aquaheat Facility Services Ltd (part of the Horizon Energy Group) is on the hunt for a Regional Service Manager to lead our CH Faul business unit in Invercargill — overseeing operations across Otago and Southland. With this role opening for the first time in many years, it's a unique opportunity to bring your experience and share your knowledge in this pivotal leadership role.
In this role, you'll manage a talented team driving performance, growth, and exceptional service delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team
- Managing budgets, operations, and client relationships
- Driving health & safety culture and compliance
- Identifying new growth opportunities
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years' experience in trade service leadership
- Multi Discipline
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Strong people and project management skills
- Solid understanding of OH&S and industry compliance
