Joining our Bayfair store you will work collaboratively with the team to provide top service to our customers and achieve all sales KPI's. If you have experience in the jewellery industry then that's a bonus, but if not, don't worry, we will train you in product knowledge and give you the additional skills to be successful in your role.

Hours include late nights and weekends.

The role:

• Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture.
• Achieve personal sales targets through providing excellence in customer satisfaction which will contribute in achieving store target.
• Support and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing "can-do" attitude.
• Focus on attention to detail, diligence and maximising efficiency and time.

About you:

• Sales experience required, you must be a real sales "superstar."
• You will be energetic and enthusiastic - a "people" person.
• You will be professionally presented and well-spoken.
• Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and enquiries.
• Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store.
• Actively promote the store through in store merchandising and displays and other activities.
