We are looking for a qualified Social Worker to:

• Be committed to biculturalism and the promise of equity laid down by Te Tiriti o Waitangi
• Deeply engage, walk alongside and offer kindness and therapies to tamariki and whānau who have experienced trauma
• Understand therapeutic social work, systems theory and the impacts of relational trauma
• Pay attention to safety, wellbeing, child development and the importance of healthy attachment
• Value Te Ao Māori
• Think and reflect deeply about their practice
• Be fully registered or working towards this
