We're on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join our Hamilton team.

The Role:
As a Parts Sales Representative, you'll do more than just move parts—you'll build strong relationships. Whether you're behind the counter or out on the road visiting customers, your mission is to provide expert advice, accurate parts support, and outstanding service that keeps our customers coming back.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting customers with parts advice, pricing, and availability
• Processing orders in person, online, and over the phone
• Visiting customers off-site to strengthen relationships and understand their needs
• Managing stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Working 42.5 hours per week, including a rostered Saturday
• Collaborating with service, sales and the greater parts teams to ensure seamless support

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in parts sales, preferably in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry
• A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
• The ability to build rapport both in-store and on the road
• Confidence with systems and a strong attention to detail
• A clean full NZ driver's licence
• Good Daimler knowledge or a background in mechanical servicing is a bonus
