We are on the hunt for an energetic and friendly person who is team focused, excellent at merchandising, and ready to drive sales. This role is based in a company van and involves scheduled visits to a selection of supermarkets across Auckland! We are looking for someone who is passionate about floral and keen to grow their leadership abilities.

• Contract Type & Hours: Permanent Part-Time - 15 hours per week minimum.
• Rostered days: Sundays & Mondays. A critical part of this role is also covering our Retail Manager from time to time when she takes leave from her Tuesday - Saturday role.
• Shift times: Typical start time is 7am-approx 3pm.

What are we looking for?

1. Someone who has a Driver's License and access to a reliable car - the role involves travelling between stores.
2. Someone who is Fit/Energetic - This role involves frequent lifting of up to 15KG.
3. Someone who is friendly + reliable - You are representing us in our customer outlets so it is super important that you can reliably attend work and follow the job requirements with a smile.
4. Someone with leadership potential and who has a growth and team mindset.
