About the Role:
As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and maintaining a productive, high-performing team. This is a contract role offering hours on Monday 10am to 6pm and Thursdays 10am to 7pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the management team in growing sales and achieving store targets.
• Meet personal sales goals by delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Oversee merchandising, stock management, and cash handling duties
• Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Demonstrate leadership by upholding company policies and procedures.

About You:

• Is energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about leading a team.
• Is professionally presented with excellent communication skills.
• Has experience in staff supervision and the ability to train and develop team members.
• Understands the importance of maintaining team morale and loyalty.
• Is approachable, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Holds New Zealand citizenship, residency, or a valid NZ work permit.
