We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Recruitment Specialist to join our People & Capability team. This is a flexible role, with hours negotiable to suit the right candidate.

In this role, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and select top talent. You'll play a key role in shaping our workforce and supporting our commitment to delivering great outcomes for our community.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a complex or multi-disciplinary environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
• A solutions-focused mindset and a passion for delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems and contemporary sourcing strategies.
