What's the role about?

As our Aftersales Manager, you'll take the wheel in:

• Driving network growth - expanding and strengthening our dealer footprint across the country.
• Elevating performance - setting KPIs, implementing frameworks, and helping dealers thrive.
• Championing customer success - ensuring every touchpoint reflects the prestige of Mercedes-Benz.
• Shaping strategy - analysing market opportunities, competitor activity, and future trends.
• Building relationships - mentoring, supporting, and inspiring our dealer partners.

This role is hands-on, highly visible, and central to our mission of delivering world-class service and support to MB Van customers nationwide.

What we're looking for

You'll be a strategic thinker with strong leadership and relationship-building skills. You'll also bring:

• A deep understanding of aftersales processes and best practice.
• Solid knowledge of the automotive industry (LCV knowledge a bonus).
• Proven ability to drive performance and influence at a senior level.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• A collaborative, confident, and customer-focused mindset.
• A current full driver's licence.
