Are you a strategic leader with a passion for the automotive industry and aftersales excellence? Fuso NZ is looking for an Aftersales Manager to drive growth, performance, and development across our nationwide dealer network.

What you'll do:

• Lead, mentor, and support our dealer network to deliver exceptional service and sales performance.
• Identify new dealership opportunities and execute strategies to expand Fuso's parts, service, and contract offerings.
• Monitor dealer performance, implement KPIs, and provide hands-on support to optimize operations.
• Organize and deliver dealer training, ensuring teams are equipped with the latest product knowledge and industry best practices.
• Act as a Fuso brand ambassador, promoting excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction across the network.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and dealer performance to drive data-driven decisions.

About you:

• Strong knowledge of aftersales processes and the automotive or HCV repair industry.
• Proven experience in dealer relationship management, performance optimisation, or network development.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data analysis tools.
• Holds a valid Class 1 driver's license.
