We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who is experienced in retail to join our team at Fresh Direct Floral! If you're a team player who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about flowers, this could be your perfect role. You'll be driving sales through expert merchandising while bringing fresh, vibrant flowers to supermarkets across Auckland, all while enjoying the flexibility of working in a company van.

About the Role:

• Contract Type & Hours: Permanent Part-Time, minimum 15 hours per week

• Rostered Days: Sundays & Mondays (with occasional coverage of the Retail Manager during their leave)

• Shift Times: Typically 7am - 3pm (start time flexible depending on schedule)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Visiting multiple supermarkets around Auckland in a company van to deliver and merchandise our floral displays.

• Ensuring our flowers and plants look their best, carrying out quality control, customer service, and team communication to drive results.

• Supporting our Retail Manager when needed, stepping in for them during their days off.

What We're Looking For:

• A Full Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle - From time to time, you will need to travel between work sites, so a dependable car is a must.

• Energetic & Fit - The role involves regular lifting (up to 15kg), so being physically active is essential.

• Friendly & Reliable - You'll be the face of Fresh Direct Floral in stores, so a positive, professional attitude and dependable attendance are key.

• Leadership Potential - We're looking for someone who's ready to grow and take on more responsibility over time.
