  • Proven experience in fleet management, preferably in a national environment.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software and excellent digital skills.
  • Understanding of All-of-Government procurement processes and documentation.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management capabilities.

Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the role

As our Fleet Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our national fleet is available, reliable and fully compliant to support the delivery of our mahi. From managing leases and relationships with suppliers, to ensuring vehicles are maintained and aligned with NZTA regulations, you'll be at the centre of our fleet operations. You'll also be the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing reporting and insights to support finance and business operations.

This role suits a strategic thinker who's confident with systems and reporting, but equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to solve day-to-day challenges.
