We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations & Administration Team Leader to lead the smooth running of our organisation's day-to-day support services. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll, accounts, and financial reporting, including preparing the annual budget and reporting on monthly variances.
- Supervise a small team and manage personnel administration duties.
- Maintain the safety, compliance, and operational standards of the facility, grounds, and vehicles.
- Ensure a secure, well-functioning, and welcoming environment that meets all regulatory and organisational requirements.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Lead workplace health and safety initiatives.
- Support and promote an inclusive environment, with openness to understanding and valuing Te Ao Māori.
About You:
- An energised self-starter with strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to work flexibly, prioritise tasks, and maintain an organised and effective workflow.
- Experience in financial administration and team supervision.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Full NZ driver's licence, residence & eligibility to live and work in Aotearoa.

The role is based at our Children's Village and service centre in Rotorua and is a full time and permanent position (commencing Jan 2026, although an earlier start may be negotiable).
