About the role
This role is primarily responsible for providing professional services and advice relating to Land Use consents and will include coordinating Resource Management checks, Land Information Memorandums (LIMs), and assisting with the preparation of Property Information Memorandums (PIMs).
The role liaises with consent applicants regularly, therefore high-level customer service skills and the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders is required. You will have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills which will be complemented by your excellent digital literacy.
About you
While some experience of LIM's and PIM's would be an advantage, if you possess a strong administrative background and experience working with legislation while also displaying a willingness to learn, we are happy to train you.
Regardless of your level of experience, you will be someone who can add value with your collaboration, can-do attitude, and ability to work constructively and positively within our busy team.
